the 12 key zen habits

These are the 12 key habits that I’ve found to be most important:

  1. Meditate upon waking
  2. Write daily
  3. Eat a vegan diet
  4. Eliminate sugar/flour from your diet (with exceptions 1-2 times a week)
  5. Limit Internet to 2 hours a day
  6. Exercise almost daily
  7. Learn self compassion
  8. Eliminate debt
  9. Learn contentment
  10. Limit possessions & how much you do
  11. Have a daily gratitude session
  12. Floss before bed
